        I believe that you should try to figure out in advance what your budget is and what are your needs in terms of editing, presenting, upgrading, maintaining, future expansion, even maybe supporting multiple languages, etc.

        What would be good content management software in “TERMS OF QUALITY AND COST” could be an easy question to answer when you have clear vision and goals set ahead of time. You have quite a few to choose from that are open source and free but with attached possible future expenses in a case that you need to hire developers to add non existing feature(s), that, let’s say do not (yet) exist as plugins. On other side you’ll find content management systems that have price attached…
