Winter fun for all ages on Mont Royal, mountain in the center of Montreal (photos), the largest city in the province of Quebec, Canada (discover). Many enjoyed fun on the snow and ice despite the low temperature of – 11°C (12.2° Faranheit), with wind chill index of – 20°C (-4° Faranheit) and 15 cm of fresh snow falling.

Literally thousands of people were in “Parc du Mont Royal”, some ice skating beside Beaver Lake Pavilion, some sledding down the hill above the Beaver Lake or “Lac des Castors”, some cross country skiing and other enjoying other outdoor activities on the snow.
