Simple Crepe Recipe

It takes minutes to prepare very basic and simple crepe batter from everyday ingredients. Crepe is thin frayed in a hot pan pancake made from wheat flour and at least very basic ingredients found in the next recipe.

Preparation

  • Serves: 4 – 6 people
  • Preparation time: 5min.
  • Fraying time: for all 16 crepes around 30min.
  • Heat: medium high
  • Serving: filled or topped with a jam, chocolate, maple syrup, fruits, ice cream, etc.

Ingredients

  • 750ml or 3 cups of milk
  • 2 tea spoons of sugar
  • little bit of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 500g or 2 cups of white flour
  • Total: 16 crepes (8″ in diameter)

Tip: If for some reason you prefer not to use milk for crepe batter, vanilla flavored soy drink will make a great substitute.
