Most colorful season of the year must be experienced outdoors wherever green of Summer is being slowly replaced by rich colors of the Fall. You may enjoy a tree or two even a park in your neighborhood but colors combined with the autumn harvest are best experienced out on the country and your favorite local farm and it’s surroundings.

Below you’ll find a map with location of the Quinn Farm on Notre-Dame de l’Ile-Perrot and few more photos featuring pumpkin field and pumpkin picking (just on time for Halloween), apple picking scene on the farms apple orchard, and in the background a “forest” of cultivated Christmas trees that you may choose and cut down in December. Farm also produces strawberries, blueberries, asparagus and sweet corn, all pick-your-own.
Quinn Farm, located at the 2495 boul. Perrot sud, Notre-Dame de l’Île-Perrot, in Quebec is a farm that can be found around any big city and good reason for us to go out there and get fresh produce throughout the Summer and Autumn.
Who knows, your little one may meet for the first time some of domesticated animals too and have a ride on the tractor pulled wagon. When you are all done “harvesting” on the fields or orchard you can buy seasonal on the farm made fresh apple or pumpkin muffins, apple pie, locally produced honey etc. and have a picnic. Same store at the Quinn Farm in October sells Halloween crafts and in December Christmas items that will make a great Christmas presents or decorations.
